Planning Packages
From Start to Finish

This full planning package includes everything you would need to help plan the event you've always wanted. Unlimited communication as well as support throughout the entire process. Anything we can help with, we will. This package also includes our Day of Coordinating Service.

Everything in Between

This is a partial planning package designed to help you when you get lost in the planning process. This six hour in-person consultation package allows you to have some support. When you need us, we are there. This package also includes our Day of Coordinating Service. 

Simple Start

This basic planning package can be used at any point of the planning process. We are here to help get you back on track with your event. This three hour in-person consultation will help with any and all aspects of your planning process. However we can make it easier, we will.

 

Services

Day of Coordinating

This service package contains an in-person consultation
4-6 weeks before wedding or event date. Unlimited communication with our planner. Confirmation of vendors 1-2 weeks prior to event. Basic set up at the event, transport of items to various locations if needed, and creation and management of timeline for your event. Coordination of services on your event day (up to 10 consecutive hours) and on-site direction. Delivery of final payment to vendors, collection of items and important items and access to Event Day Emergency Kit.

Set up and Take Down

This is a full set up and take down service of I Do Shop rentals only for your reception site. We come to your event with all rental items and make sure it is exactly as you would have it. Quality assurance of decor placement, ensuring that everything is properly accessorized and all items are placed, and final table inspection for proper etiquette and flawless form. We are a team of professionals who take pride in what we do.

Ceiling Set up and Take Down

This is a customized service that we use to create the perfect ambiance for your event. Each ceiling is custom made to your needs and your budget. We have a combination of fabric and light kits, string lighting, paper lanterns, wedding wreaths, as well as chandeliers to help us create the perfect look for your event. All you have to do is ask.

 

Linen and Decor Rentals

Linens

We offer a wide variety of high quality linens in a wide selection of styles and colors. When you rent our linens, they come to you pressed and ready for use.

We wash and prep all our linens in house, so all you have to do is pick them up and bring them back. We handle the rest. It's what we do.

Decor

We strive to offer our clients a variety of decor items that are both high quality and versatile for any event. New inventory is added every season and we strive to stay up to date with the latest trends in event planning. The options are limitless, stop by and see all that we have to offer.

Backdrops

A backdrop for your event is like putting a frame around the two of you.They give definition to the space, incorporate your theme, and can liven up the event. We have a diverse stock of backdrops available, such as, pipe and drape, ribbon backdrops, countless wooden backdrops, old doors, and even a variety of sheers. No matter what you choose, we can help set the tone of your next event.
